Angelica Bengtsson
Angelica Therese Bengtsson is a Swedish track and field player who is specialized in the pole vault. She won the inaugural Summer Youth Olympics, held in Singapore 2010 as the first woman to achieve success in the pole vault. Bengtsson took gold in both World Youth Championships of 2009 as well as the World Junior Championships of 2010 in Athletics. Angelica Panganiban, born on 4 November 1986 in Payatas (Quezon City) was the daughter of an indigenous mother from the Philippines. Her biological mother is a Filipina who died in 2008 and is cremated in Singapore as her biological father Mark Charlson is an American born in Iowa United States and a past member in the US Navy. Her birth father, Mark Charlson is a retired U.S. Navy man from Iowa, United States; that in the early 1980's was a member of the U.S.S. O'Brien is stationed on the Philippines. Annabelle Panganiban took her in when she was a child and Adolfo Panganiban and Mila Panganiban helped her to raise her.
